It's crazy to think that this time last month

I stopped taking this medicine, and decided to hoard it for this month, since it did such wonders on my cm.

And now, it's just sitting there and when I see it, I smile and think, "best head cold EVER!!!"

We have our first sonogram, with who seems like an amazing doctor, Thur 6/28 @3:30.

EEK!!!
So excited!
So shocked!!

Praying that everything continues to go well and that we continue to have a safe and healthy pregnancy.

I already thought abiut that-I'm not going to mention to PIO because there's no way I would ever stop those!! Should I not even mention the progesterone suppositories?

I would disclose your meds to your OB and see his/her reaction then go from there. My OB was fine with me being on the prometrium (not sure what he would have said to PIO), but gave me a lame lecture on how it's more just a placebo (I was too tired in the moment to fight it, so I just nodded and said, yep well it does make me feel reassured so I don't want to go off it). He said he was fine with me staying on it if I wanted to be on it. He also told me he was "sure" they'd take me off prog. at 13 weeks. I decided to deal with that bridge when we came to it... and in my case, my prog did skyrocket at 13 weeks and I was taken off, so it became a non-issue. Anyway, just my experience! SO excited for your first ultrasound!!

Yay! So excited for you. I did disclose my PIO to my OB, and while she said she hadn't ever really heard of that before, she did acknowledge what my body needs may be slightly different than what she's used to. I think she only asked one other time if I was still on the PIO, and then she stopped asking (I was only PIO from 4 weeks to 37 weeks). I guess I just felt I wanted to be upfront and honest with her and see how she handled it, but do what you feel is best for your situation!

Okay ladies-I guess the best thing to do is to tell, it's just with my last doctor they thought I was crazy and obviously, by their lack of calling me back, don't really care to work with us too much.

I really hope this doctor is understanding that have just have ridiculously low progesterone due to my PCOS and besides, it's not like im self medicating...I'm being monitored by a really amazing doctor (yah PPVI!!!)!!

As a pharmacist, I think you need to fully disclose all of your meds. Just saying :)

Still praying for you, momma!!!

As a pharmacist's wife, I do have to agree with Patiently Waiting...you should tell your doc about all your meds. But TELL, don't ask. Simply state that you are taking these meds, and that will not be changing. :)

Yep - you should've seen The Man's face when I told him kayaks and head colds = pregnancy.

Prayers that your appointment goes well and the doctor is as good as she seems!

Why does Amox work??? When do you take it? Just curious!

Still over the moon for you!

I thick they say it works like Mucinex and whatnot. All I can say is that a woman with Pcos and really crummy cm, this stuff most def did wonders for mine. I can't remember the exact time they say to take it, but what I think is cd5 until maybe p+3...but really the best time is around ovulation.

I've seriously thought About you having that conversation with your husband...I'm sure he thought we are all nuts!!

Telling and not asking.

I don't tell.... ;) LOL

I don't tell my baby catcher what he doesn't need to know. :) He doesn't know the amount of meds I'm on...He knows the basics and that is all he needs. But progesterone I wouldn't blink an eye on. The other stuff in my case I have under control. Just being the odd ball out.... ;)
